Conversion of RP to PL
In 2002, Mira Explorations Pvt. Ltd. was successful in getting a RP in Chhattisgarh State covering 481.25 sq. km. The agreement between Mira Explorations Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India and the Chhattisgarh State was signed in Raipur on December 29, 2002, reference No 3-/F.No.-2-23/Mining/RP-1-2002. As per this agreement: (a) 50% of the area (240 sq km) has been surrendered as of July 2005 and the company has reapplied for the surrounded area; (b) at the end of 3rd year (i.e., on December 29, 2005) only 25 sq km is to be retained by the company as a PL. If any discovery is made during 2nd year it can be converted into a mining lease totalling 10 sq km. We had acquired 481 sq km reconnaissance permit (RP) for base metals exploration in the Chhattisgarh State. 4 targets based on geochemical and geological work done by the Geological Survey of India (250 samples and pan concenterates from stream sediments covering 481.21 sq km). Mira Barfanisai (-26 rock samples, + 59 soil samples analysed for 48 elements by ActLab Ancaster Ontario, Canada) and 640 samples analysed by ALS Chemex, Australia using MMI-M Technology) plus satellite imagery and geological analysis have been identified. Now as per the law in the end of March 2006, Mira has applied for 4 prospecting licenses (PL) each covering 25 sq km for PGE (Bhagwantola), Ni (Hidder), Cu (Bodal), Pb (Karamtara Dumratola) and associated bye products. The company has also reapplied for a reconnaissance permit (RP) for the remainder of the area. DeBeers have an RP at a distance of 2 km from the Eastern Boundry of our RP.

These prospects and other areas were resampled in December 2004 by Mr Russell Birel, MMI Geochem, Perth, Australia along with Dr D.B Sikka.179 soil samples from 8 prospects were collected and tested in Australia for 35 elements using MMI-M Technology which is the state of the art in geochemistry.Samples were analysed by ALS Chemex, Perth, Australia. According to Mr Russell Birrell, the MMI soil sampling programme has successfully defined a number of significant coincident, multi-element geochemical trends within four of eight individual prospect areas assessed.

According to Mr. Russell Birrell, the area holds good promise for discovering a major nickel-platinum group element deposit in the RP area. If discovered this will be major nickel deposit in India. Many of the mineralized zones are 50 to 500 meters wide. It may be possible to discover a mineral deposit, which could be mined by open pit methods. The data seems to suggest that potential exists to discover Cu-Pb-Zn, Au-Ag and PGE group of elements and Ni and the RP area.

The detailed geochemical work will help the company to locate diamond drill holes.
The company also plans to undertake detailed geophysical and geological work; environmental pollution studies and diamond drilling. Immediate commitments are about $ 2.8 millions followed by additional $ 5 to 6 millions to test all the five targets in the next 2.5 years. We are also negotiating for foreign capital. At the feasibility stage, Barfanisai expects funding from AID Agencies who become a joint venture partners in the venture.

Since March 2004, a $150,000 regional & detailed geochemical program supported by Mira and Barfanisai has been in progress in the RP area in Chhattisgarh State. Recently, 26 rock samples and 59 soil samples from RP Area have been analyzed by Actlab Ancaster, Ont., Canada. This work resulted in the identification of a number of prospects. These prospects and other areas were resampled in December 2004 by Mr. Russell Birrell, MMI Geochem Perth, Australia along with Dr. D.B. Sikka. 179 soil samples from eight prospects were collected and tested in Australia for 35 elements using MMI-M Technology which is the state of art in geochemistry. Samples were analysed by ALS Chemex, Perth Australia. On the bas: is of this work, Mr. Birrell has identified five prospects for detailed geochemical sampling: Hidder, gold, Nickel-Platinum group elements (600 m wide x 1600 m long); Bodal, copper – lead – Zn (600m x 600 m long); Dumratola - A , copper – lead – Zn (300 x 600m long), Dumratola-B,(400 x 600 m) Jobtola-Gold (600 x 500 m).This work has been completed. A total of 469 soil samples have been collected and are expected to be shipped by the middle of July 2005 to ALS Chemex Australia for analytical work.

About 2 Km from the Eastern boundary of Mira's RP area, DeBeers have RP area
covering 2,000 Sq Km. The western boundary of DeBeers RP area parallels the Eastern
boundary of Mira's RP area. DeBeers are prospecting for diamonds in the area.

An ancient mine working > 1,000 years old is located near Karamtara in Mira's
RP. The mine workings appears to be a pit 100 meters long and 50 meters wide Galena
veins are striking into the working. About 5 Km south of this mine working, a
mineralized zone containing 3.5% Pb, 25 g / tonne Ag, 0.10 to 0.50 g / tonne Au, has
been observed near Kattapar. It is possible that the ancient were mining gold and
lead for Silver. Furthermore there may be other old workings in the RP area in
Chhattisgarh State.

Ancient mine workings spread over many parts of India bear testimony to
flourishing metal mining industry in the ancient past. Some of these workings date
as far back as > 5,000 years. It now appears that many of the quarries observed in
many mineral belts probably over rich mineral deposits. For example a world class
deposit of Pb - Zn - Ag - Cd at Rampura Agucha in Rajasthan was discovered in the
early eighties in the last century. The deposit average 1.97% Pb, 13.53%Zn, 50g/t
Ag, 120 - 250 g/t Cd, was underlying a filled up pit. These remained unnoticed for
a couple of millennia. These mines date back to about 300 BC. It is possible that
the old workings near Karamtara, which appears to be a pit, may overlie a rich
deposit.

We have 5 persons in the field studying soils and collecting rocks and soil
samples for geochemical analysis. After the rainy season we are considering to
diamond drill below the filled up mine workings to test the mineralized zone.

India is the future hot spot for mineral exploration in the world. A number of
world-class deposits have been discovered in various parts of India. Barfanisai
Enterprises Inc., a junior Canadian Explorations Company has entered into a joint
venture with Mira Explorations Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India, to explore for base
metals, gold and other metals in Chhattisgarh State, India. Detailed information
